I always find it strange when they show photos of the interior without opening the doors??? Surely if you have the key it's no hassle to unlock it and open the door? ??

Sounds a bit of a mongrel to me.
Says it's a mk1 converted to a mk2 (with a mk2 pack ????) Also says it was "recalled" by a director (???????) and stretched by Macneilies, so I would say not a genuine Limo.

The LWB rover 75's were stretched by McNeillies but sold through Rover dealers.

It came off the production line on Friday, 1st November 2002 @ 09:20:07 and was First Registration Date11/12/2003

No it all adds up to just before the time before Rover started making the limos inhouse...mcneilies did MK1 and some facelift front versions with mk1 rears! My current one was like that, previous owner put a facelift rear bumper on as well. Still has the rover badge on the boot though like Mk1's. The cut and shunt done by Rover I think was slightly better work. It was more 'staggered', therefore a stronger join.
