Not sure that it has the correct PCD though?

If it goes from 5x100 to 5x120 why wouldn't it have the correct PCD?

oops - that is the correct PCD. Meant to say is it the correct centre bore? The wheels locate on the centre bore: if too big on the adapter, when the wheel won't go on, or if too small, the wheel won't locate well and it'll be a challenge to get the wheel studs to line up...

Just use a spiggot ring adapter to get the centre bore the correct size.
