Angry Not a happy Mofo

****** fuming - left the car for a few minutes to go to kids birthday party and some little scroats nicked the wind deflectors off the car - went after them, and they dropped them (after a few choice words) but the scum have snapped bits off while they rived them off the car - annoyed is not the word!!!

Is nothing safe these days?

Problem seems to me is that no one has respect for another person or their property.

Back ones seem ok, both fronts snapped down the part which tucks in behind the mirror. They were spotted, did off on their bikes but I followed and spotted them - shouted some "words" and made clear my intentions and they dropped them and started riding off.

To top it all, one then swung back and claimed he had just found them in the bushes....defies belief it really does

Afraid I would have taken their pictures on my phone and called the Police!

Having said that, knowing what the Police are like, they'd probably prosecute you for taking pictures of children!

The sooner we re-claim the Streets and the Courts and have a return to common sense, the better!

I can sympathise with you solution, But in the real world, it is you who would be without or need transport for quite a while.
I agree there is no deterent.
I have personal experience of a family member doing time.
In his words . "a couple of months is a waste of time, So much to do and learn, it flys by,
for the first timers doing a stretch longer than that, the first 2 months are the worst and then you settle into the routine, just be a good lad and your priveliges build up, It's like living at work with all the trimmings and so called luxuries at your fingertips."
