I thought Pogba left utd because the final straw came when Fergie picked Raphael to play in midfield instead of him.
Tbh, I'd have left too if that were the case.

Of course, the problem is that you stick your foot out in a restaurant at the wrong time and could end up facing a £44.5m bill for damages. Could be the most expensive leg break in history!

Oh I do hope so Rav, he has strangled the life out of the club for the last 10 years.Would have been shown the door years ago at any of the other top 6 clubs. Then again their priority is trophies not generating revinue.

Shameful when you see what gets re-invested on the pitch!

I confess I don't know A from a bull's foot about football but I always thought The Manager was only responsible for what happens on the pitch? Doesn't the board control finances with the manager having little input? It does occur to me that that kind of money is greater than what many entire teams cost.

It's also struck me as odd that teams continue to strongly identify with a particular area and yet have most of their players from overseas, let alone different parts of the country. But, as I said, I know nothing about it!

is his pay plus 200k a week?

thank goodness these clubs use private money and not public money to fund these players. The fans that stand on the terrace earn i suspect, not 30k for a lot of them.
when you compare the top footballers wage to that of a teacher, paramedic, police officer etc etc it is indeed ridiculas. apart from entertainment what real good do they do for society.

i guess it is however his good fortune and he he were my son i'd be proud as i'm sure we all would if he was our son.

ho hum

Pogba salary is £220,000 per week plus bonuses I'd imagine.
