255 LPH fuel pump
Hello guys and Happy New Year!!
Before some months I changed fuel pump on Rover 75 1.8 turbo and put a walbro 255 litre per hour fuel one. Since then the car does not works and when it goes 3000 rpm seems to be very lean... Is it possible? May the lambda sensor do that because of too much fuel? Thank you. |

Try a standard pump again.

Have you inspected the fuel filter (left hand rear) for backing off ? Check the ignition leads closely, especially around the connection at the spark plug top for a build up of corrosion/carbon. Set the gap in your spark plugs at 0.7mm Here's the best way to check fuel pressure on the 1.8T. https://the75andztclub.co.uk/forum/s...0&postcount=37 |
