Default 2002 75 CDT Tourer Club Starlight Silver MBB Manual Price Dropped

Moving house so the old faithful has to go. It has been very reliable and has towed our van all round the north coast of Scotland plus many other trips round the UK.
170000 miles, MoT till July 2020, 4 good tyres. Recent clutch, master cylinder and slave change. New rear shocks. Newish back box. Dual electrics tow bar. Full size spare. Two keys with new outers. Has averaged 47 mpg since purchase.

Loads of new spares:-
Pair of new Meyle front drop links
One new rear wheel bearing.
Brembo front brake pads.
One lower rear arm.
One right hand front wishbone.
Three(!) strut top bearings

Loads of not new spares:-
Set of Mudflaps for a saloon.
A removable ball tow bar complete with electrics.
An untested FBH with fittings and dosing pump.
Aircon rad.

Bad stuff,
It needs a new windscreen, aircon doesn't and a refill only works for a couple of weeks, front shocks will soon need replacing, brake wear light is on but there's nothing wrong with the pads, it's been well used so there are some dents and scratches but they weren't all me, you need to keep the tank more than a quarter full.

The main problem is I'm getting old and the new house has no garage or anywhere to work on the car and there's only one parking space. It's got a lovely engine and I'm going to miss all the bells and whistles that come as standard.

There's a full history of what I've done to it since we bought it in 2012 including 7500 mile oil changes.

OK, so no-one likes it, so I'm dropping the price.
£400 with the spares or £300 without

It's really not popular is it?

I've found a fuel filter to go with it.
