Default electric seat transplant?

Hi guys
I was thinking of removing my heated seat system, looms, switches, elements etc from my 03 conny to my 04 zt, which has half leather red monaco non electrics seats..
Is it possible to make my seats heated and electric by using etire seat bases and electrics yet keep the monaco cushion/cloths etc?

i would think so.....

ive just replaced the foams in my drivers seat with some from a passenger seat and the covers are easy enough to remove and refit but it will depend if the foams are the same in the 75 as the zt

Thanks phil
Yeah im not sure tbh..
The seats look different in shape.. but the reason y i thought possible is because ive seen pics of zt seats with the memory seat bases under them.. just not sure how the elements would go into the half leather seats apposed to my full leather conny seats..
Might just see how much i can strip out before dismantling zt
