Found this on one of the sky forums.
Sky Community forum. This message was authored by cookiemonsteruk Apr 2021 10:30 PM @AngelaA122 Some mobile devices only connect to the 2.4ghz wifi band. To seperate the freqs :- Log onto router and go to wifi Go to 5ghz and untick synchronise 2.4 and 5 Click on 5ghz ssid and add -5 at the end Save Now you have 2 ssids. Log onto the old one (now 2.4) with your kindle All done at your own risk obviously
