They are in Lithuania, but were very easy to deal with.
They have quite a number of stock designs (mostly supercar types) but will also do custom designs of any car if you tell them the exact model and/or supply photos.
They can do profiles (like mine) or front view or angle view.
For custom designs they send you an initial design which you can comment on and get them to adjust - initially the door mirror on mine wasn't quite right, but they were happy to do a few iterations until I was happy.
Not cheap, but as I said, very easy to deal with, and a quite unique thing to have.
Final thing to note is that the prices do not include VAT/import tax, so you have to pay that to the courier (UPS, very efficient) prior to delivery.
