75 Tourer rear disc Torx bolt set screw
I was looking at Podge's How to for the rear bearing which I'm doing this weekend.
What size is the Torx bit that is required for the disc set screw (assuming that's what I can see in the pics that Arctic helpfully refurbished). I'll be doing it on Sunday, 8-9 miles away from home, so need to be sure I have everything I need as I won't be able to get home to pick up things I haven't got with me. I've done this type of job before on cars and motorcycles but not for a VERY long time. JohnnyBG |

Top notch - so I need the 13mm ring spanner as well. I'll check my Torx set for a T50. I'll only be the second time I've used them.
The discs were replaced only 200 miles ago so things shouldn't be too difficult. JohnnyBG Edit: Found the T50! But buying a 13mm combination spanner and 34mm hex (6 point) socket from Halfords because that's the size of the stake nut that came with the FAG wheel set. Not cheap. i'm assuming as per internet search that if it's 34mm across the flats then that's the size.............. Torque wrench only goes up to 110 ft lbs not the 155 put on a post here. I'll give it as much heave ho as I can, use threadlock and hope that and the staking hold it. Two time served mechanic friends say that's what they do. Good job I took the nut with me because, as stated in threads, it's actually 32mm in this case. The vernier said 34mm across flats but it was clearly too large. The 32mm isn't a completely tight fit but it very close and is one of the impact driver hex (6p oint) so should be fine.
