Went back to bed, pointless exercise, couldn't sleep, just dozed. God awful wet and windy day here.

Morning Steve, Ian, Phil and Bob. Steve I can relate to the sleep loss, I haven’t been sleeping well over the last two weeks. Even though I have been absolutely shattered, I couldn’t sleep, maybe I was over tired.
I got some Kalms night which helps a bit, might have to take 2 a night as one doesn’t really work, other than to make you sleep longer.

Kalms are useful Richard, I take them before a long haul flight to help me relax and I also listen to a self hypnosis app for sleep Glen Harrold. What ever works for you, is what matters. Here is a clip, I took today when I popped out for a drive and caught sight of a Rover P5 https://youtu.be/wkUC7wfy-UU

Oh brilliant! There's a yellow warning for rain here tomorrow, the weather forecaster on STV (local ITV station) even went so far as to say the conditions will be "challenging"!

Evening all, it's been a really dark dismal & misty day here, The house lights have been on since first thing this morning. same as the central heating
I watched Blade Runner 2049 this afternoon for the second time & I'm still not sure what it's all about mind you me ears are full of olive oil at present to loosen the wax lol

We had Haddock fillets, sweet potato chips & broccoli for tea and I've got a glass of whisky & warm water now whilst I drive some trains, speaking of which I thought my wallet was safe for a while but Train Sim World have brought out another Loco, a BR class 31 on one of my favourite routes the Tees valley line.
I will need that in my collection.
