Hi, there's a common cause of leaks from the plenum, and just because the plenum's clear doesn't mean it's not causing it. What happens is that the previous owners spot the plenum drains blocking up and think they can cure it by yanking out the rubber drain with pliers. BAD IDEA! There's a void chamber under the plenum which fills up with water and it pours into the car. The rubber drains seal around two panels allowing water to run straight from the plenum to the ground. The scuttle clips are a pain too. I've replaced mine with 3/4'' tap washers and self-tappers screwed into the plastic receivers that the clips go into. There are 2 plenum drains, one under the pollen filter (easy to check) and one under the brake servo (only visible from under the car)
