In which case i stand corrected but i was only going on Sony's specs for your system that states it doesn't. If it does then happy days

Edit ... I have just noticed that you have bought a 630v and i'm pretty sure it does have an optical out as we sold those until it was superceeded by the 6300 earlier this year. It's a good entry level 4K set and i don't think we have seen any come back with any problems

Assuming both have an optical just use them and problem solved
