Default good adverts

I recently placed my caravan up for sale with Gumtree. It is quite old (1990) and not worth a lot (£750 ono) but it is still in good condition and very tidy inside.
After reading various threads about bad adverts on this forum I made an effort, even copying the manufacturers original build spec and a table of lengths and weights. I posted lots of photos and gave her a good clean inside and out. Gave it a good write up and was honest about any faults. I had 25 replies and sold it to the first to view after only 2 days for very near what I asked. Worth all the effort I took.
Now I can afford to do some work on my MGF.

In that case, well worth the effort, well done.

Well done. A decent camera can also enhance things and help the sale IMO.

Well worth the effort to get a quick sale, what I don't understand are sellers who don't answer questions. I've been trying to buy some golf clubs for my seven year old, nearly every advert states junior but not age range or club length I've sent a message to various sellers and have not received one reply
