Default Remote heater ?!

Wondering is somebody can clear up my confusion, whilst looking underneath the old tractor earlier I discovered what I think is a remote heater unit on the underside of the o/s/r of the car ?? Is this correct?? I remember reading about webasto heater ??.

If you mean the radiator located under the rear offside to the rear of the wheel then I think this is a fuel cooler to cool fuel returning to the tank that hasn't been used. I'm sure someone will be along soon to explain this better!

The fuel burning heaters live under the bonnet in front of the battery tray.
