Exclamation Clutch Parts for CDTi

Dear all just thought i would post the clutch parts and prices for the diesel 75/zt, as i am going to change them soon!! (all genuine parts)
Clutch Cover – URB100652.

Clutch Plate – UQB000380. these 2 as kit £130

Clutch slave cylinder/Release bearing – UUB105301. £115

Dual mass flywheel – STC4561A. £309.20

Bolts for above X8 – STC2094A £0.46 each

The above prices (from rimmers)do not include VAT or Labour (approx 5 hrs).

Approx cost of parts alone £600, not including master cylinder - ouch!

Don't forget to get the six bolts for the pressure plate as well as they are supposed to be use once as well as the eight DMF ones

You will need to lock the engine when torqueing them up, I found a U shaped shelf bracket and a G clamp worked fine

You are also supposed to change the six bolts for the Subframe if you can get them but at least they can be done anytime
