Default Outlook 2007 Font Size

Anyone know how to change the font size in Outlook 2007's navigation pane?

It's too small (green arrow) and I'm trying to change it to something like the font size in the message preview (red arrow).

Preferences, wherever they reside on a PC. Fonts/List items.

This is from Entourage on a Mac, I presume the same holds true for Outlook on PC

The above screenshot wont change the folder font size only the emails listed in the window. From memory, there is no way of doing this unless you apply it to all windows through desktop preferences.

I can only suggest you make sure of your facts before making such sweeping statements.
The caveat I applied to my previous post, "I presume the same holds true for Outlook on PC". My presumption was incorrect.

Having just had a look at Outlook Express on a PC I now see that that option is not available. Sad but true.

Simon buy a Mac you know it makes sense.

My facts are right and I didnt make a sweeping statement. What I was suggesting was that your sreenshot would not change the nav pane font in Outlook on a PC should the OP navigate to your suggested location. This was obvious as I was replying to a post about outlook on a PC no?

Also, thank MS for providing the feature within Entourage to change the nav pane font. Not Apple

I have obviously misconstrued your answer.

The suggested location does not actually exist on Outlook on a PC, it was simply a pointer to where and how to alter this parameter had such an option been made available by MS programmers.

I take your point but I will not be offering my thanks for anything produced by MS.

No computer makes sense GG. I hate them all.

Anyway, here are the font options on a PC (View>Current View>Customise Current View>Other Settings).

Can't see any way of blowing up Outlook's nav pane (on left, above screenshot) without changing Vista's 'Adjust Font Size dpi' setting - which would blow everything else up too (e.g. web pages).

Btw, my 14-yr old nephew (who is mad) is writing a new OS to rival Microsoft's pathetic efforts - it's really good and it's called WINDOWS HYSTERIA.
