Morning all - and a Very Much Improved New Year to one and all

It's a miserable day up here - low cloud and mist, regular showers of rain/sleet and cold with it. A joint of belly pork in the oven for a late lunch, and a chunk of gammon in the slow cooker for a late tea.

Slightly belated but Happy New Year, hopefully a better one for all. Filipino tradition is to have plenty of food at new year so we now have enough to feed the Chinese army! Won't need to go shopping for about ten days!

Do anyone else agree with me,that this Christmas is the worst ever for TV programs.

Where were the Blockbuster films,the most recent sitcoms,variety shows etc,what a load of rubbish dished up to us.
