New car not a patch on the 75
After some un-reliable motoring in the 75 saloon (most of it her own fault) the wife wanted a newer car. So we went for a 57 reg Peugeot 407 HDi estate.
Well it's very well equipped with sat nav big screen, leather, panoramic sunroof, 6 speed tiptronic autobox, leccy folding mirrors, etc etc. I cant deny its a smart motor but having driven it for a few 20+ mile trips I must say it's not a patch on the 75. It is awful in bends, seats are really uncomfortable and ride is just not nice at all. She loves it but I think shes smitten by the gadgets and not the ride quality her loss, i'm not changing from my tourer, it's the bees knees
