Regas done, output temperature now just 4.2C when stationary, that's a bit better
In fact I think that is better than mine |

What state is the union jack flag on the boot? If badly faded, new one is cheap and easy. Many sources eg http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Union-Jack...-/171074108435

The mirror housings and sill trims were replaced yesterday, a marked improvement.
I think the icing on the cake would be a drivers side leather seat back cover, it is a ppd ash grey, double piped with 4 panels. Has anyone got one? eBay way a fruitless search. |

Did some more little things today, new gearknob and replaced the missing fixings from the air intake. Also replaced the rubbish rusty philips head screws that hold the bumper on.
It does make me think that I need to replace the other bolts now too I did find that the inlet manifold has a hole in though, someone has replaced the screws that hold the air intake on with bolts, and punched through the manifold, one of the bolts is missing too. why are some people such butchers? Engine bay clean is next on the cards, but I have run out of the cleaning chemicals after cleaning Vindaloo and Godfer's engine bays. I went to Halfords today to buy some and thought that £8.99 per litre was too expensive. After a quick look online, it turns out that it is the cheapest supplier |
