Excellent work there, Rich! Sounds like you've made a huge effort for your father.

Well, Dad's car is fixed again, ready for some more mileage.
Even though everything is right on it again, boy am i glad to get my 1.8 back, it is like a magic carpet in comparison Dad is pleased though, and that is all that matters |

My diesel is a really good example I believe, but still can't compare with the serenity of either of my previous 1.8's. |

Dad's car is now up for sale!!
He has decided to replace his car with a new Kia, I wonder why Either way, it is up for sale on a no reserve auction on ebay, take a look here, http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/1822929451...%3AMEBIDX%3AIT If this post is deemed a for sale post, then the asking price is £1,387,412.84 or nearest offer. Read this thread to see what has happened to Dad's car over the years, it does currently have a nearside rear abs sensor fault, but he has lost interest and has the vision for a new replacement car. Yes it is a relatively easy fix, but much like me, he has now lost interest. It is a Connoisseur SE Diesel Manual, with a remap, new clutch and hydraulics not too long ago, walnut bits a new windscreen and new shocks and springs front and rear, a new IPK not too long ago, not a refurbed one. either way, have a read of this thread as it details nearly everything done to the car |

I know you have carried out an enormous amount of work on this car in the past 12 months, someone may get a great bargain. GLWS
Rich, can you change your sig to reflect the new NW meet venue please? |

Car was part exchanged at Kia, it achieved £500, if anyone wants to make a better offer, there are a few days before it goes to them.
