Default Removal of Superglue from Paint-work

Hi
Does any-one have any suggestions on how to remove superglue from paint-work, without damaging the paintwork finish?

The previous owner of my new car has at some point applied 2 small Rover badges below the side indicator lights on both front wings.
Looking at them they seem to be applied by super-glue. I’m not keen on then as they are not original and not on straight, but I not-sure if I can cleanly removed then.

Any thoughts or ideas?

Thanks for all suggestions.
