Default Instrument Panel Glow

Hi everyone,
My dials seem very very dim, I took apart the cluster but realised it was all LEDS.
I thought maybe a bulb had blown, but obviously not.
The brightness control wheel works and turns the brightness up and down, however even at the brightest setting it is very dull.
Has anyone else experienced this? Any suggestions on how to make brighter?
Cheers

Try bypassing the dimmer wheel and see if that cures it. LEDs last 50,000 hours so unlikely to have blown!
