Just had my annual visit
Every September I recieve a letter from Koog aan de Zaan in Holland telling me that in August I will recieve a visit The writer in question is a very eccentric but likeable Dutchman who is a bigger commercial vehicle enthusiast than old 2Diesels. He holidays here every year & visits hauliers & garages to collect magazines & literature about commercials so I always keep them for him & in return I get a box of chocolates
We've just been reminiscing about some long gone local firms, he's an interesting bloke but as I said earlier very very eccentric |
