Default Little tip I heard today.

This product will get rid of fresh oil stains on your drive

Leave for 5 minutes then scrape it up.

Can find it in supermarkets as well

Doesn't work! Well not on a tarmac drive. I suppose it depends on the severity of the oil leak, I've had an oil stain on the drive for three or four years now, tried all the internet suggestions and nothing has got rid of it. All the cat litter done was add another stain!

Fairy liquid.

Leave over night then brush.

Weather dry or wet next day will lift it.

Environmentally friendly also as it breaks oil into components.

^^^ this is what I have used in the past and I can confirm it works wonders on paved driveways.

Prevention is always better than the solution and I find laying a large sheet of polythene under the car will stop any stains on the drive
