Default Navigation system & Cambelts change

Hi,
It's been a long while since I lasted posted and I am going to be greedy by asking more than 1 question please.
1. Has anyone put a navigation system into their 75 dashboard ( not Tom Tom or Garmin)? If so may I have a peek and how much did it cost you ?
2. Has anyone recently had their cambelts changed and again how much did it cost you? I am looking for someone reliable and local to me in the Croydon area to do the job. I changed the cambelts well over 7 years ago( possibly 8 to 9 years ago). Ive not done the mileage since having them changed and I dont do more than 1500 to 2000 miles a year. I am reticent to change them because of the low mileage that I do. However I could come a cropper if I don't change them I guess.
Your views would be nuch appreciated.
Thanks in advance.
Martin.
