Hi Brian
You can pay on the day BUT you must have an entry pass to gain access to the fort and I will hand these out on Saturday evening to "the weekenders"and post them to those coming for Sunday only....
Cheers Ian

I am a bit confused now
When and where are we meeting up on Saturday?
Is it at the Nothe on Sunday only?
We do have a room booked within staggering distance of the meal venue so all set for a good evening.

Sorry Brian
I appear to not have made things as clear as I could have..
The weekend events will start on Saturday afternoon to give those traveling some distance a chance to arrive without the need for an early start,we meet again at the Nothe Forte on Sunday..

The agenda is we will meet on Saturday 18th at 4.30pm for the boat trip that will leave from Weymouth at 5pm for an hours cruise around the bay I will give details of parking etc nearer the time....we will then go to the Lodmoor Brewers Fayre for the evening meal etc, although as numbers attending are on the low side we may not be able to have the function room but we will be able to sit together in the main resturant..
Then on Sunday 19th we will meet at the Nothe Fort around 10.30am where we will park together inside the Fort until around 4pm the fort has a licensed cafe' so you can get refreshments throughout the day... Theres lots to see and do in and around Weymouth for those that want to arrive earlier on the Saturday..
Hope this helps mate..
Cheers Ian

Ah there's still a wee while to go yet Ian... You'll most probably get a bit of a last minute rush after the end of the month when people will see if they can afford it or not....

I'm afraid there will be no last minute rush Bill as I have to have final numbers by the end of April...Unlike the Boat that Rocks meet it will not be possible just to turn up if it's a sunny day !!!
Cheers Ian
