If it's of any help, did you read Keith's post re:O2 sensors and the like over in the Useful Info thread?

Yes, but it didn't really help. the problem happenned when I bought a new cat as the old one was rattling, fitted the new one rattling stopped but started to get a warning lamp, replaced rear o2 sensor, still getting warning lamp, fitted old cat and old sensor back, rattle returned but no warning lamp.
