Default Frog and Wicket

What a lovely turn out at the Frog & Wicket Pub and the weather was wonderfull. Lovely to see so many members new and old, no doubt obout it, it is a lovely pub and thatnks to the landlord and staff for making us so welcome also letting us take over the front car park to show of all our 75's.
My thanks to Steve for organising it, and great to see Paul (Reebs) in a more relaxed capacity than at Calne.
Have a good summer all and keep them "Rovers"Roving.

Well another Frog and Wicket meet has come and gone. The weather was great and it was nice to see all who turned up. Hope everyone got their keyring. Unfortunately the battery was dead in my camera so I did not get any photos (I know, bad preparation). Hopefully someone took some and will post them. Must have been about 15 cars in all.
Hope all had a good time, thanks for making the journey. Now looking forward to the Jurassic coast meet in May.

Hi Steve
Another super meet with 16 cars I think,a 230 mile round trip but to me the real pleasure of the ZT is the driving(ask banana bob) & if work did'nt get in the way I'd be at a lot more meets (the Loch Lomand November meet is calling at the moment so if any other members from this end fancy a long weekend then we could have a proper convoy getting bigger as we head north) bit of a frosty trip home because I dragged Jan away from the cricket!!! lol.
Anyway great weather great company great cars at a perfect venue & nice to meet friends old and new & I look forward to seeing some of you at the Portland get together in May
Thanks Ian

Hi Everyone

It was great to attend my first meet and make some new friends. I don't have the use of my own PC at the moment, but took a few pics which I will upload when I get a chance.

Thanks again for the advice & tips guys!

Agreed, it was an excellent meet and a good time was had by all. Indeed, it was hard to drag myself away from the pub to go home!

Andy, good to meet you and don't forget that plenum. Looks like we are relying on you for the pics - I forgot to bring my camera. But a few others were snapping away too so maybe we'll get some pics up later.

Default Frog & Wicket

Hi,
Just got home, no not from the Frog & Wicket, from Kent.
Had a great time at the Frog meeting and was nice to chat to fellow 75 & ZT owners. I will be posting some pictures BUT they will be on the MG-Rover.org forum. I cannot for the life of me post them on here.
As Ian, from Dorset, has already sais, these cars are heaven to drive on a long run. I have covered 1,000 miles in the last 8 days, and loved every minute.

Hi Bob, good to meet you on Sunday, how come you can't post them here?

You can upload them directly into your forum image gallery, just make sure they are a maximum of 1260 x 1024 pixels in size.

Click Image Gallery above and select upload images

Wish I'd brought my camera
