This is actually my old car - and I am contemplating buying it back; but want to first understand whether there was any problem that led to it's (apparently quick/surprise) sale?!....

I'm a bit shocked to be honest, never thought he'd be selling it. Never saw an ad on here

Before I travel down to see it - were the exhausts much louder than normal x-powers?

Andy doesn't keep cars for long at all really, although I too am surprised he is selling this one, if that is the case......

Well I love the X-Power exhausts; and would always prefer loud to subtle - but it sounds like these may be a bit OTT?

I doubt it

Worst case another 260's member would buy them for sure I guess

Don't let some back boxes put you off a car if you really want that car

Those alloys are in a bodyshop, 2 miles from my house under my ownership because he bought new ones

Just to put peeps right

The car is sound and works like no car i have ever had,

Ive just started a new business with my long time best friend within the recovery section the company has taking off a great deal and we needed funds to buy 2 new trucks and employ 2 drivers, Just to note insurance alone and goods on transport etc etc is 5k a year plus we have got the VAT man to please

I have used alot of my savings for this and some is in a trust i cant get too

Therefore the funds i needed was in the v8

James from elite made me a very good offer on the car and i snapped hand off

In life people do things to better themselves etc etc and this is just that said case,

Since mine and my mums car crash in france april 2013 my life has not been the same ive not worked for 18mths due to caring for my mum,

Now we have sold mums house and moved from manchester to west yorkshire so my mum can be with me but also my sisters and i can have a life too,,,,,,,,,,,,

This is my reason and my reason alone there is nothing wrong my the v8 its a joy to drive but my business comes first now,

So sorry to go on but there you have it,

If anybody needs any advise on the car please email or pm me ill be happy to tell you anything,

The car sale has been in the pipeline for 4 weeks now and yes i didnt put up a ad because i didnt need too,

I thank you
