Bob I've been involved for a very long time. I emailed the previous 'keeper' of Zed, way back and was assured he would be posted back to me. That didn't happen. I have emailed him again yesterday asking once more for the Teds swift return, or a refund of the £10 + I paid for him out of my own pocket in the first place as a donation to the club to replace the previous mascot.

I for one am not going to dig into my pocket again. It's a real shame as little Zed The Ted was meant to show the friendship and cameraderie of the members as he is passed from member to member.

At the time I did buy two Teds, I still have the other one but he wears a blue Rover jersey.

Seeing As I started this thread many months ago he has been
elusive as Lord Lucan.
If he does not surface by the new year I will happilly purchase a new
one and send him on his way again .
As long as the person who has him must be prepared to pay the postage to send him on his way.

MERRY CHRISTMAS TO YOU ALL ON HERE

as some one who has had him for a short time i i'm sad about all this i know when i got back from germany i was shocked that some one else wanted him so we "bearly" got to say good bye to him . so i got bev a buster bear which (zed was) which is almost the same...... i don't know who has got him now but the barstool should give him back........... if we know who has got him then action should be taken...... it is to long to be nice any more in my view either hand him over, pay up and leave... if you can't look after the bear you should not be in he club..... if good reasons were afoot well it is a bit late now to still keep him......

Yes indeed it would be nice to see the old fella again.

We had lots of fun with him on his travels within Scotland to Spain, Gibralter and Malta as shown on his thread. He even got into the Scottish Parlaiment.

So Cmon whoever you are let him go to someone else.

Who ever has the last one and will not hand him over is nothing but a low life thief and a disgrace.
