Fitted a rear electric blind , not to difficult as I put some old c pillar trims in that I didn't mind getting marked . Luckily already had some heated seat switches fitted so could just move them and pull out the blind connector without stripping the radio and heater controls , happy days ! ☺

Finally got the colour right on my walnut burr window switches and finished polishing them. Unfortunately I can't post pictures.

Fitting them next week when they have cured a bit.

Full service inc pollen filter and aircon recharge, new oil breather pipes,2 new front indicator bulbs, plenums cleaned and hoovered and sunroof drains checked. Finally got round to checking the colour code too- IAU- seemingly a Monogram colour, is this uncommon on the 75?

Quiet day thus far, all I have managed to do is a quick 10 min check of all my fluids...power steering fine, brake fine, engine oil fine, coolant fine and all that needed topping up was my washer fluid

Off to give my plenum a quick rodding just to be on the safe side. Need to swap a couple of rear bulbs over as when I fitted LEDs I mixed up the left cluster brake bulb with the right cluster fog bulb which resulted in a red fog and a dim brake light due to having red and white LED bulbs in my defence though I couldn't find any indication on the bulbs themselves to say what colour LEDs they were lol

At the same time I have some new rear amber LEDs to fit for the indicators (I got some before but they weren't Canbus error free and I kept getting a bulb out message so these ones are Canbus compliant with an added resistor).

ENDED UP REALISING IT REALLY ISN'T PRACTICAL NOT HAVING A CAR TO GET AROUND AND I NOW OWN A VW EOS 3.2 V6 INDIVIDUAL (1 OF 20 REMAINING IN THE UK WITH THAT ENGINE AND TRIM COMBO) EVEN THOUGH I STILL LIVE ON A BUSY ROAD WITHOUT A DRIVE

Be interested to see how the indicators get on, can you tell me where you got them Lee I got sick of trying loads of led's with resistors in the indicators, now fitted Osram Diadem bulbs
