thats a drop in temp then , were concrete floors here and ours runs under the floor slab so we should be ok - you have a job thawing it then if you can get at it - take it you aint had a leak ?

Were going to look at this on Thursday - weve had an offer on ours but she wants her boyfriend to have a look and she`s gonna lookn at uping it
