I had an early appointment at the surgery this morning as my blood pressure is up again. It was a nice day, so I went to the supermarket for coffee which was getting low, then went for a drive.

It was lovely being out on the road going nowhere in particular, and Robin Trower's "Bridge of Sighs" album playing just made it perfect. I really love the Connie's sound system.

Every dog I've ever owned previously was a "Heinz 57", this one however certainly isn't

Oh, and Purina products are still on a blanket ban in our household
