Default Time for an update

Nigel emailed me tonight with some new photographs to update this thread with.

As Brabus says in the last post, this car just keeps getting better

For comparison, here is the centre armrest photo from earlier in this thread

Even the engine bay gets better.

I would agree if you hadn't used the word "almost"......

There are some superb cars in the club but I feel this has to be the best "maintained" with some of the nicest modifications around.

In terms of the best overall, I suppose it depends on personal taste and what matters to you. A monogram 260 for example will appeal to certain people more than a Royal Blue 75, no matter how pristine.

No matter, it is an absolute credit to Nigel and his attention to detail! Beautiful car.

Indeed Derek, hence my term Almost, because if I had defined it as the best there would most definately have been suggestions of other cars that fit the bill

Congratulations Avon.

Your taste might not be for everybody, but your ideas, application, and overall effort has to be admired by all.

A few years ago I owned a 1984 Porsche 944 lux. I was also a member of the Porsche Club Of Great Britain. My car took the 1st place in the National 'Concourse De Elegence' on three occasions, so I speak from experience. I know the effort you have put in. Others can only imagine.

It will be admired by many, but the real pride comes with ownership & 'It's my car & Iv'e done It'.

Again, many congratulations on what is a SUPERB car.
Cheers
Alf
