Maybe, it would better if the punishment, detailed above, should be after he has been tried and found guilty.
The only way that I would take pity on him on him if the Old Bill has got the wrong man. In Bristol, we should remember Christopher Jefferies who was wrongly accused of the murder of Johanna Yeates. Either way, with person(s) that are found guilty of such a horrendous crime, I think that there should be more weight to administer more appropriate punishment, than that is currently available.
