Hi all,

I had Roush Supercharger fitted on Monday by Jam Sport Racing, all went quite well with only a few small problems.

The results were 386 BHP, 412 torque.

Very happy with the results but I don't know if I could go through another rolling road test lol, very traumatic.

Regards

Bainzi

Why traumatic, apart from the cost of fuel, obviously!?

I suspect the noise, when on a rolling road and the revs go to 6k it sounds like the car and the garage it is in is going to explode!

Somehow doesnt sound like that when on the move

A few years back, I had my TR5 on a rolling road - that was only 220 BHP, but still got the attention.

Spot on! I find it a terrifying experience all round and I positively hate it.

That was it lol, I used a half a tank of gas during the mapping.
It was the general noise of the RR together with the fans in front of the car and the engine working hard for a long periods of time. But the result is well worth it in the end. The two sixties are meeting before Brooklands for a rolling road get together, I will still go but ? on getting a RR done again lol.

Its smooth and apart from the slightly deeper exhaust note, driving it normally you dont know its different. Its when you put your foot down, the front end lifts slightly and you take off. It picks up in any gear but in 2nd to 4th it flys. In 5th on my private test track I can be doing the NSL at 2100 Rpm, I push the throttle and it will pull as good as it did in 3rd or 4th lower down, it shoots me throught *** mph with ease in seconds and would keep going if I had not had to brake due to running out of of my test track.

Regards
