I think in few years Android will be the best because of market share

I loved my iphone 3gs. After two years though i wanted something with a better camera. Looked at android, hated it. I found it clunky and had more menus than a restaurant. Tried a windows Nokia, absolutely awesome. Just as logical as an iphone with a few more bells and whistles. I miss itunes but have deezer now instead. I know no one else with a windows phone so i am utterly different. Now on my second. Last had windows 7 and this one windows 8. It has just two menus one being home screen, the other being the start menu. I only wish you could get a music system cradle like you can on the iphone instead of needing a wired connection.

I went from an iPhone to a Sony xperia z which is Jellybean like the S4.

At first I thought I had made the biggest mistake of my life but now I'm used to the Sony I'm glad I swapped to android.

There are still a few things about the iPhone though so I got myself an ipad.

Don't start again please on the Apple v Android thing, I am looking for advice!

Ok, it turns out I have missed the return date so I have this S4, so am stuck with it and I am trying to give it ago and be open minded.

Is there a way to make the Android predictive text work like Apples?

On Apple, it would just guess what I am trying to type and enter the correct word a good 95% of the time.

Where as on Android, it doesn't, it suggests words that you then have to click on to insert instead of the gobbledygook that I have typed with fingers like chicken drumsticks.

Any apps or plugins, or setting I can change to make it work like the Apple system?

I don't want to hear a word on how "Well Android doesn't treat you like an idiot and doesn't presume things for you blah blah" ....... Shush not a word thank you!

Thanks
Simon

Sikelsh,

It should highlight one of the words in blue (which is what it thinks is most likely to be what you are trying to type). If you just press space at any point in typing it will select the blue highlighted word (the others will be white).

PS Android rules ;-)

Phil, get yourself a Bluetooth speaker or system, then you can just connect your phone to it via Bluetooth. I have one I bought from Tesco..... works a treat.

Doesnt seem to do that on mine, I can see the blue word, but when I press space it just leaves the poor attempt in the main body

Do I have to dig some roots and rub a kitkat on it to make it work?
