![]() Was in the boot and shifted everything to lift the spare wheel cover. It was bone dry underneath. After all the rain we have had it was wonderful to see.
It's been quite a few months since the new rear cluster gaskets were renewed. Thanks to the club members for that heads-up. Fifer

![]() I checked the boot after finding loads of water in there the other week but is nearly completely dry in there.
Tightened my bushing and applied a generous coating of removable thread lock to stop it coming loose again (hopefully that works!)

Best Regards, Lee. DONE: HAD A CRAZY IDEA THAT I HAD TO GET RID OF MY MG ZTT DUE TO NOT HAVING A DRIVE AND HAVING TO PARK ON A BUSY STREET WITH A VIEW TO GETTING ANOTHER ONE AT A LATER DATE WHEN I HAVE A DRIVE. ENDED UP REALISING IT REALLY ISN'T PRACTICAL NOT HAVING A CAR TO GET AROUND AND I NOW OWN A VW EOS 3.2 V6 INDIVIDUAL (1 OF 20 REMAINING IN THE UK WITH THAT ENGINE AND TRIM COMBO) EVEN THOUGH I STILL LIVE ON A BUSY ROAD WITHOUT A DRIVE ![]() ![]() Last edited by KRISTLEE; 11th March 2016 at 18:36.. |

![]() Removed side engine mount and bracket and have started to polish it up, and will hopefully finish it off tomorrow on the Bench grinder with polishing wheel and will then post up a couple of pictures, also gave me the opportunity to clean the brackets which go down by the side of the Alternator
