Just goes to show that even buying 'so called OEM' parts is no guarantee of quality. It seems that most components on sale these days are of poor quality.

I jack both of our 75's at that point and they are diesels, which are a fair bit heavier than the K Series.

Hi Mike .
Yes that jacking point can be used no problem i do use a bigger jack with a larger jacking point plate, i always use it to raise the 190 and the diesel before it, to put the car on axle stands.

I too discover mine is also still leaking after all my efforts possibly from the damn window trim again. This is seriously hacking me off now, sealant out again tomorrow or at the weekend

Removed the late single pump system intank pump and left hand sender module then replaced the original pump and left hand sender.

Mmm, you can't beat stinking of diesel

Now just need to reassemble the battery tray, fix the pump and filter at the front, and wait for a nice new connector for the UBP

Then went down to the Post Office and taxed it again

DONE: HAD A CRAZY IDEA THAT I HAD TO GET RID OF MY MG ZTT DUE TO NOT HAVING A DRIVE AND HAVING TO PARK ON A BUSY STREET WITH A VIEW TO GETTING ANOTHER ONE AT A LATER DATE WHEN I HAVE A DRIVE.

ENDED UP REALISING IT REALLY ISN'T PRACTICAL NOT HAVING A CAR TO GET AROUND AND I NOW OWN A VW EOS 3.2 V6 INDIVIDUAL (1 OF 20 REMAINING IN THE UK WITH THAT ENGINE AND TRIM COMBO) EVEN THOUGH I STILL LIVE ON A BUSY ROAD WITHOUT A DRIVE
