It's really cold at -15C - -20C in our country, because the winters are wet (the humidity is high) and you feel the cold very well. Russians from Siberia do not like such weather and they feel their winters warmer even that in Siberia is -30C or more because they have dry winters with low humidity.

I never knew that as I've never been in those winter conditions. A friend of mine who lived in Austria said the same thing, He said the temps were lower in Austria in Winter but he said it felt much colder in our wet winter climate.

I needed a spare wheel for the set of contours I fitted on my 75 last week. I had the choice of getting a spare contour wheel at a local breakers yard for which he wanted 40 quid which was still on the car with another car atop of it in ankle deep mud & oil or getting one off ebay for £28 delivered to my door, No brainer really and It's exactly as described in the ad.
Good condition alloy & good tyre

Re-newed my broken door mirror after having it wiped out by some numpty.

A quick phone call to the God of all knowledge (Brian) for a "how to" and job done in 20 mins.

I have to say this about Brian, he offered to drive down tomorrow to do it for me if I got stuck (25 miles)......... What a Gent.

I swore at the "Bulb Gone U/S" light that appeared last night. It appeared as i put the lights on at about 5:30. By then too dark to change by the road side and it is absolutely hissssssing down here now - so last thing I want to do is grovel about in a wet, muddy, wheel arch.

So I swore at the light on that dash again.

Do you think he would drive down to Hampshire to change my headlight bulb?

Replaced the perished rubber hangers for the exhaust. No more loud thumping underneath as I start driving off.
