Try sending an email which requests a receipt from both the server and the recipient. I find that often works, where just blindly sending an email, they can ignore it. It forces their hand, in that a message box pops up, asking them whether they want to acknowledge it or not.

If they are going to ignore you, they surely will also ignore a request for confirmation! |

That is possible, but a request for delivery confirmation is so unusual, it tends to take them by surprise.

I too have sent emails to him, in the end he did respond and offered to send a mk1 to replace it, so I replied and yes you guessed it, no further response.

I will keep bumping this post so people can see that they are blatantly telling people lies and until all of the owners with a mk2 version who are unhappy receive a replacement F.O.C as promised.

Hi All
just a post to say that I received my mk1 master cylinder from Tazu today. im so glad I received it as I was loosing the will to live with this. unfortunately it must be the LHD one he sent as the pipe is far too short, but im assuming that I only need a longer piece of brake pipe (3 or 4 feet?) and I will be able to fit the LHD cylinder. for anyone else who never received their replacement I can only suggest that they email Tazu until they get an answer.

Getting the rigid brake pipe to bend to go through the RHD hole in the bulkhead, which it was never designed to do, I understand is a nightmare. Best get a length of flexible pipe, as advised by others.

Hi Harry
thanks for letting me know, I will do a bit of reading to see where the best place is to get a length of flexible pipe.
