It is a bit depressing...........I just keep telling myself it's only for a short period of time and just get it over with. I have a wardrobe full of clothes that don't fit so that's my aim. I will never be, nor want to be, thin, I personally don't think it's attractive so I don't want to be it. Nothing nicer than a voluptous woman with a pretty face.......so I keep telling myself

Somehow I don't believe this as giving up everything all at once is a recipe for disaster.
Yes, pack in eating out so often but have it as a treat once a month.

You can still enjoy the naughties if you have the strength to say no.

Make it a treat rather than the normal.

I must admit I love food, which makes dieting almost impossible but I only eat out once a month now and only have one takeaway a month, instead of every week.
My downfall was the Chinese takeaway, so easy to order and get it delivered.
