Phil.
I have the button on the stalk and a message center IPK but on the V8 the MPG. and the range are missing.

Possibly something to do with a Mustang engine connected to Rover/BMW electronics..

Quite correct - the ECU for the Mustang engine doesn't do fuel consumption calculations therefore you don't get estimated range readouts or fuel consumption readouts. You do get a digital speedometer in lieu though. As said above, with spirited driving V8 owners may become very scared when faced with their mpg figures after a run

Well, I bought the one that Dave listed above, the winning bidder withdrew after the sale. Got it cheaper too.

See: http://www.the75andztclub.co.uk/foru...ad.php?t=29833

Details:

T408SDV first registered 24/06/1999 VIN 101449

As above spec with 15" Y spoke alloys, OEM door finishers.

Do the other launch cars have the Aux power socket in the cubby box and the warning triangle on the boot lid?

After giving the above discussion much thought, each dealer will have been sent examples of each model of 75.
At least one of each engine size ie. 1.8, 2.0 V6, 2.0 cdt, 2.5 V6, which over 300+ dealers makes over 1200+ cars. Add to this Directors, senior managers, press and of course Pre-order cars this will take the vin numbers to well above those figures.

O.K. we know something about the 2.5 launch cars, I wonder what the other engine derivative launch cars were like?

Just found this on Youtube not a Wedgwood blue one in sight must have all been sent out to the dealers :

Notice a lot of the cars have powerwash for the headlights wonder what the interior specs were on these cars

Hi Russ,

These wheels are from the aftermarket accessories brochure. The car would most likely have left the factory with 15" Crowns (16" Unions being available as an option).

Mine appears to belong to the group and does not have an aux. power socket. It did come from the previous owner with a warning triangle, but not mounted under the boot lid. Both types of triangle and the power socket are dealer-fitted accessories not factory options.

Does your car have a volumetric alarm sensor in between the OSF & OSR doors?

Simon.

Hi Simon, It may be that the dealer fitted the wheels when the dealer released it for sale for whatever reason.
There's nothing in the paperwork to show that the 1st owner had them fitted so I assumed that it had them from new.

Yes I have the Volumetric alarm fitted between the doors
