Quite a few round here. I pass a 75 parked at the side of the road every time I go to work, there are a few 75 taxis too. Yesterday on my way to work at 5.30am I followed a 75 tourer for about 6 miles and hardly a day goes by that I don't see a 75 or ZT in the airport carpark, apart from mine that is! I suppose it may be partly down to the fact there is still a MG dealer in town here!

That's a great photo Colin. The staff in the petrol station were bemused by all the Rovers.

I think they thought they were going to get a weeks takings in one afternoon they must have been very disappointed when only one of us put diesel in.

They asked if we were part of an owners club and what we had planned for the day.

I see lots around here.

I was at Morrisons in Dumbarton last Tuesday and within 2 parking spaces of mine were a Moonstone 75 Saloon, Moonstone Tourer and an XP Grey ZT.

gave me a nice warm feeling inside; Then I got back to my car to find some moron had done a hit n' run on my o/s rear wheelarch.

The other day, as I wandered around grotty Swinton town waiting as my 75 had it's 90k service, belts changed and front lower arms replaced - my wallett was not happy! - I noticed just how regularly 75s/ZTs are to be seen. They're still commonplace in my experience and long may it continue.

I was up in Manchester working when I needed the service and what have you. I ended up going to Horner's Auto Repair Centre - the guys who used to be in the workshops at Horner's Rover. I was impressed at their prices and service -much cheaper than other MGR "specialists" I tried and the guys in the workshop were really friendly and seemed honest enough. Put it up on the ramp again after they'd finished just to show me everything they'd done and explain it all. Based on my experience I'd recommend them.

Unfortunately it's dented the arch and cracked the paint. I've done a "quick" job on it but the only silver I had was for Volvo. So the colour's a bit off.
