Can't be certain of his exact age as he was an adult stray when he came into our lives.
But he has been with us for ten years so at a guess between 12 and 15 years.
Ros had Ginger until she was 22 years old ( the cat, not Ros

)as well so it's not unknown for them to reach that sort of age.

So sorry to hear this sad news. As has already been said, they do become members of the family and it is hard to cope with their loss.

Some great pictures of Shadow; he was lovely and I'm very glad to have met him.
