I had the 18-200mm VR with my old D70s. Good lens but I personally thought it was a bit overrated. After I moved to Canon I bought a Sigma 18-200mm OS which I found much more to my liking. In the sense that it has a closer focussing capability which suited me more. Shoot with a generous aperture and it didn't suffer from soft edges.
I have the Tokina 11-16mm f2.8 which I absolutely love to death. Bonus being it works on my full frame too |
