Few more from the day, it was bright but very chilly though the repast and talk was lively and as usual engaging for all the good was excellent though sandwaiches would have been nice for those not wanting full meal

Another pleasant afternoon. Thanks all.
We seem to pick the extreme weather. Floods last time. Freezing today.
And a useful T4 demo/seminar from another member in the car park afterwards. (am i allowed to say those 2 letters? )

Thanks all for a stress less first meet. I now know all about plenums and fans! Big thanks to Ed for expanding my meagre knowledge and the upgrade via the **!

Thanks for organising Tony, and good to meet you.

Good day, good company!

Hi All,

Firstly I have to say a big thank you to all fellow members who came today, a number of new members also so total of eleven cars which looked very impressive in the car park (please see pictures below).

Secondly thank you for making my partner Samantha and our children welcome too.

Weather was dry and very cold but didn't stop us standing round the cars talking etc, as you do lol.

Pub was nice, we were located in the library which gave us our own area but still adjoined to the main pub and atmosphere. Food was good except few minor issues with the order, this was more than made up for by the friendly banter and issues discussed round the table.

After lunch we retired to the car park braving the cold for the usual look around the cars and extended banter. Bob brought along the impressive Blue Thunder and did a great sales job with Samantha my partner, all I have to do is now find the funding required lol

Hope you all enjoyed it, I will look into another one for March time, let me know if this is ok. Also depending on numbers, what are your views on having a buffet instead of cooked meals. I could look into a set price including for any dietary requirements etc, again let me know.

Until next time, take care in the forthcoming snow,

Kind regards

Tony

PS don't forget Halfway House next Sunday.
