Hi there

I am afraid that there is no real "Brand" Hard to research because there are so many different Universal Models .

What it DOES NOT have as far as I can see is

1/. LOGO Selections (But you can change the GPS Logos)
2/. Virtual CD CHanger
3/. Picture in Picture

I was writing a Letter to a potential Client and Sometimes I amaze myself.

Anyway here are a few thoughts I had about these Universal units

1/. Moving Chinese Screens Break
2/. You get what you pay for ! If that Universal unit "breaks", it will be expensive to fix.
3/. Forum support is limited. (But you always have me)
4/. Depending which future car you may purchase, this may not fit. Facias are very diverse. And resale value is Low.
5/. If you want My Opinion, Buy the MG Rover, it will either Increase the value (Maybe give the Future Car Buyer the option to purchase with the car or if he opts not too then you can remove and resell it on the forum. Tony Fry Just got about £325 for his. Remember these are about a 1000£ option or more at the car dealerships
6/. If deposits or payments are an issue we can make a special deal to pay in a few payments. I Only ask that I supply your future head units hehehehe
7/. If you still feel the extra 100£ is not worth it, Just tell me what you need and you will have it !

I agree with this. My first Chinese double din had a motorised screen and I thought it was very flimsy. If you are going for a universal unit then this one is better IMHO: http://the75andztclub.co.uk/forum/sh...5&postcount=31

Ceedy, How are you finding the unit performance wise?
I was considering one of these due to the price/ features and I preferred the look of the unit compared to some of the other cheap alternatives.
