Yes - thanks Wes - that's the third really good deal I have benefitted from thanks to you.
Mind you the Ferndown Halfords really is the pits! I went down on Monday as per the email and it was not available. But then neither were any staff!! How can you have a store where the till is not manned for 20 min and staff wander about ignoring you? I got a second email saying it was in for yesterday and it was a repeat of the excruciatingly poor service of Monday. Well pleased with the socket set - but my word!!! Why does anyone bother with Halfords if their Ferndown store is a typical example? |

Missed out on the spanners first time so I've just gone to the Halfords web site again and as luck would have it I just reserved a set at my local Tewkesbury store at £5.

Do you have a link to them on the site? I can't find any below £15

It's only allowing me to see them as an item "previously viewed" on my account. PM your postcode and I can see if your local store has a set. I can reserve them for you and pm you back the reservation number. You then roll up to the store, quote the number and pay for them. I don't need to pay, I just reserve for you. Be warned, last week there were none available local to me. Nearest set was 63 miles away. I found them today just by trying my luck and found that a local store had some. Worth a try?
